Payments and Cancellations
All services require payment in advance or at the time of service, as agreed upon during booking. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated to you upon booking. Our refund policy dictates that refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered. For cancellations of consultations, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for a full refund or rescheduling without penalty. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation fee. Package deals and programs may have specific cancellation and refund terms, which will be detailed at the time of purchase. Please review these terms carefully before committing to any service.
